Avantor ACE Excel UHPLC and HPLC columns are manufactured with 100 Å Ultra-Inert Base Deactivated Silica specifically designed for your HPLC method development needs - Note SuperC18 is 95 Å Avantor ACE HPLC columns are available in a wide range of bonded phases (i.e. C18, C18-AR, C18-PFP, C18-Amide, CN-ES, SuperC18, NH2, C8, C4, Phenyl, AQ, CN and Sil). Avantor ACE Excel UHPLC and HPLC columns are avaialble in 1.7, 2, 3, and 5 µm particle sizes in all analytical column sizes. All Avantor ACE Excel columns are known for their excellent peak shape and batch to batch reproducibility. Columns are packed in 1000 bar UHPLC hardware. Note: Avantor ACE Excel UHPLC guard columns are available for all 1.7 and 2 µm particle sizes across all 2.1 mm - 4.6 mm column ID - Note: H0011 connects directly to the analytical column - Guard column cartridges are available in 3-packs. For 3 and 5 µm Excel columns use same guard systems used for Avantor ACE HPLC analytical columns.
Optimize Technologies EXP Trap Cartridge, 1.5mm x 5mm, 3.0µm EXP, 3.0µm EXP, C4, 3pk
The Hand-Tight EXP™ Trap Column is rated to 20,000+ psi. This unique design connects directly to any injection valve (with 10-32 threads) or in-line with 1/16” tubing for unparalleled convenience and efficiency. The EXP™ System enables chemists to quickly remove detergents or salts which can affect the ionization process in MS work. This trapping technique can concentrate the sample directly on-line, allowing for increased recovery of precious sample material compared to off-line techniques. Free-Turn™ architecture allows users to change cartridges by hand without breaking fluid connections on the holder inlet/outlet. The EXP™ Trap Column family now offers packed beds available in 2, 5, 10, 15, 20 and 30mm lengths with diameters ranging from 1-4.6mm and bed volumes from 1.6-600µL. Antibodix columns are specially designed for high resolution, high efficiency and high recovery separations of antibodies. The packing support is composed of a rigid, spherical, highly cross-linked poly(styrene divinylbenzene) (PS/DVB) non-porous bead. The non-porous resin has particle size of 1.7, 3, 5 and 10 µm. The PS/DVB resin surface is grafted with a highly hydrophilic, neutral polymer thin layer with the thickness in the range of nanometer. On the top of the hydrophilic layer, weak cation-exchange functional groups are attached via a proprietary chemistry, resulting in high capacity ion-exchange layer.

Avantor ACE UltraCore solid-core (core-shell) particle columns are ideal for MS work offering improved signal intensity and maximum response. These columns combine high efficiency separations with low back pressure. The Encapsulated Bonding Technology (EBT™) greatly increases the ligand coverage of the silica surface and eliminates the effect of unbonded silanol groups on separations. This higher ligand coverage results in improved inertness, chromatographic performance and stability. Solid Core particle technology provides higher efficiencies per unit back pressure as compared to sub-2-micron UHPLC columns. Columns combine the proven advantages of UHPLC and HPLC columns with Solid Core Particle Technology. Solid-core columns can be used on both UHPLC and HPLC systems.
